Digital Delivery and Shipping Policy

1. Delivery method

Customers access the service through app.personal.clinic. Website pages, account access, confirmations and support communications are delivered electronically to the registered account, email address and agreed personal.clinic web address.

2. Delivery timeline

The standard subscription is normally activated after successful payment and account verification. Website publication depends on receiving complete and accurate professional details, images, clinic information and any requested approvals. The applicable expected timeline is shown during onboarding or in the written order.

3. What counts as delivery

Digital delivery begins when account access is enabled, onboarding tools become available, website generation starts, or a generated website/review link is made available—whichever occurs first.

4. Customer dependencies

Delays caused by missing content, inaccurate information, unanswered verification requests, requested revisions or third-party approvals do not constitute non-delivery by Site5. We will contact the registered details when action is required.

5. Delivery problems

If you paid but cannot access the app or received no confirmation, email support@indigitalit.com with your registered email or phone and Razorpay payment ID. We normally acknowledge support requests within 2 business days.

6. Geographic scope

The software is delivered online and has no physical shipping area or shipping charge. Availability of particular features may depend on local law, infrastructure or third-party services.

Shipping policy status: physical shipping is not applicable because personal.clinic supplies IT and software services only.
